By creating an account or using GhostNote ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of content you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party account such as Gmail, you authorize the Service to access that account's data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings or from your Google Account permissions page.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
